Chickpea Cauliflower Masala 15 Minutes Prep 2 Plate
Instructions
  1. In a large pan over medium-high heat, sauté 1/2 small chopped onion in 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Stir in 1 cup canned chickpeas, 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes, 1 cup frozen cauliflower, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, dash red pepper flakes, and 1/2 tsp garam masala and heat until bubbling.
